James C. Weadick

James C. Weadick age 82, of Eaton, Ohio died Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at his residence. Born on March 22, 1925 in Preble County, Ohio he was the son of the late Lawrence F. & Agnes M. (Coleman) Weadick. Jim was a 1943 Jackson High School graduate, World War II Navy veteran and has been a Preble County Farmer all of his life. Member of Preble County Farm Bureau, Visitation Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus.

Survived by wife of 60 years: Elaine (McCracken) Weadick; Sons & Daughters-in-law: Larry & Suzette Weadick and Michael F. & Pam Weadick both of Eaton, OH. 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, October 20, 2007 at the Visitation Catholic Church - 407 East Main Street - Eaton, Ohio with Rev. J. Thomas Fitzsimmons officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton, OH with full military honors provided by the Preble County Honor Guard. Family will receive friends 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Friday October 19, 2007 at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main Street - Eaton, Ohio with rosary services at 7:00 P.M.
