Jack D. Clark

JACK D. CLARK, age 62, of Camden, OH, died Friday, December 9, 2011 at Ft. Hamilton Hospital in Hamilton. Born on December 19, 1948 in Hamilton, OH, he was the son of the late James & Geneva (Doyle) Clark. Jack was a homebuilder for Universal and Maronda Homes. Preceded in death by his son: Donald Wayne Clark on July 28, 2000.

Survived by his wife of 44 years: Doris (Fields) Clark; Sons & Daughters-in-law: James Dale (Dawn) Clark, Steven Lee (Jessie) Cark; Daughters & Sons-in-law: Rebecca Sue (Anthony) Taulbee, Amanda June (Brandon) Hutchinson, all of Camden, OH; Grandchildren: Joshua, Ethan, Amber, Cassandra, Alexis, Chiann, Sophia, Donald Eric, Amaya and Victoria; Great Grandchildren: Zach and Isabelle; Brother: Rick (Kathy) Clark, Eaton, OH; Sisters: Diane (Mike) Oliver, West Alexandria, OH, Brenda Black, Liberty, IN, Donna (Fred) Henson, Seven Mile, OH.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Nein-Barnes Funeral Home, 249 N. Main St., Camden with Pastors Rex Patrick and Marvin Hocker officiating. Interment will be held in Fairmount Cemetery in Camden. Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
