Iydella M. Unger

Iydella M. Unger, 93, of Lewisburg, Ohio, died Monday, December 12, 2016 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH. She was born on March 25, 1923 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of the late Justice & Elsie (Miltonberger) Smith.

She had lived in Mt. Sterling, KY for several years and most all of her life in Lewisburg, OH. Member of Grace Lutheran Church in Eaton, OH; Sweet Adeline International in Mt. Sterling, KY; Mt. Sterling Garden Club and was active with the Exercise Class at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lewisburg. Preceded in death by her first husband: Edsel Perry who was killed during W.W. II serving his country; second husband: Donald Eugene Unger in 1990 and daughter: Bonnie L. Tucker in 2016; brothers: Victor Smith in 1978, Ira Smith in 1993 and Justice Smith, Jr. in 2010; sisters: Ruby Miller in 1983 and Elsie Hepner in 1992.

Survived by daughter & son-in-law: Donna & John A. Skower of Naples, FL; son & daughter-in-law: Robert & Catrine Unger of Bosie, ID; son-in-law: Jon M. Tucker of Lewisburg, OH; 6 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Grace Lutheran Church, West Main Street & Lutheran Drive Eaton, OH with a memorial service at 11:00 AM at the church with Rev.
