Irene M. Houser

IRENE M. HOUSER, age 88, formerly of Eaton, Ohio died Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at Bethany Lutheran Village in Dayton, Ohio. Born on July 5, 1916 in Bristol, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Reuben L. & Bertha V. (Smith) Cross. She was a 1934 graduate of Dixon High School and was a member of the Evangel Assembly of God in Eaton and First Assembly of God in Richmond, Indiana. Preceded in death by Husband: Clifford P. Houser in 1996; Sisters: Ruby Cross and Velma Ruby in 1937.

Survived by Son & Daughter-in-law: Ronald L. & Janice L. Houser, Dayton, Ohio; Grandchildren: Michelle (Edward) John, Michael D. (Amy) Houser; Great Grandchildren: Evan John; Caleb, Jacob & Chloe Houser.

Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 7, 2005 - 11:00 a.m. in Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton with Rev. Michael Houser and Rev. Charles Rinehart officiating. Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 6, 2005 from 5 - 8 p.m. at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main Street - Eaton, Ohio.
