HOPE DAWN COOK, age 3, of Dayton, Ohio, died Sunday, July 20, 2008 at the Children's Medical Center of Dayton, Ohio. She was born on April 25, 2005 in Oxford, Ohio.

Preceded by maternal grandmother, Connie Sullenberger in 1987; paternal great grandfathers, Seldon Terrill, Shade Combs, Sr., and paternal great grandmother, Myrtle Combs.

Survived by mother & father, Kym Cook-Terrill & Chad Terrill of Dayton, Ohio; brother, Dexter Cook and Collin Terrill both of Dayton, Ohio, & Shawn Michael Cook of Eaton, Ohio; half sister, Holly Buckley of Eaton, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Todd & Jodi Fryman of New Paris, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Jim & Betty Terrill of Brookville, Ohio; maternal great grandparents, Bruce & Judi Fryman of Brookville, Ohio and Ron & Shirley Sullenberger of Bradford, Ohio, paternal great grandmother, Dorothy Terrill of Englewood, Ohio; uncle, Michael (Amber) Cook of Eaton, Ohio, Steven (Amber) Fryman of New Paris, Ohio, and Mark & Kinsley Terrill of Brookville, Ohio; aunts, Bobbi Jo (Justin) Fryman of New Paris, Ohio, Pebbles Terrill of New Lebanon, Ohio, Sammie Jo Ramsey of Franklin, Ohio; cousins, Conner Cook of Eaton, Ohio, Hunter Terrill and Owen Terrill both of Brookville, Ohio, and Mallorie Terrill of Brookville, Ohio.

Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at Brookville Church of the Nazarene, 11511 Upper Lewisburg Road, Brookville, Ohio with Rev. Allen Robertson officiating.

Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Interment will be held in Spring Lawn Cemetery in New Paris, Ohio at the convenience of the family.
