Henrietta Pearl Peden

HENRIETTA PEARL PEDEN, age 94 of New Paris, Ohio, died Wednesday, April 5, 2006 at Greenbriar Nursing Center in Eaton, Ohio. Born on December 24, 1911 in Bagnell, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Elisha Franklin & Flora (Houser) Snelling. She retired from Debolt Concrete in Richmond, Indiana. She lived in New Paris since 1931 and was a member of the Gospel Baptist Church in New Paris. Preceded in death by Husband: Delbert W. Peden in 1976; Daughter: Beverly Jean Peden in 1983; Sisters: Ruby Tettley in 1994, Elizabeth Sadie Snelling in 2001, Lois Conder in 2005; Brothers: Robert Snelling in 1961, Roscoe Snelling in 1980 and Gerald Snelling in 1989.

Survived by Sister: Nadine Stoia, Indianapolis, IN; Brothers: James N. Snelling, Eldorado, OH, Fred Snelling, Apache Junction, AZ, Glyn Snelling, Mesa, AZ, Nieces & Nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 10, 2006 at the Barnes Funeral Home - 109 W. Main Street - New Paris, Ohio with Rev. Gilmer Smith officiating. Interment will be held in Springlawn Cemetery in New Paris. Family will receive friends on Monday one hour prior to the service.
