Helen L. Fleenor

Helen L. Fleenor, age 91, formerly of Eaton, Ohio, died Tuesday morning, January 7, 2003 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. Born on August 10, 1911 in Preble County, Ohio she was the daughter of the late John H. & Emma C. (Schwing) Markey. She was a 1929 Eaton High School graduate and a 1931 Miami University graduate. She retired in 1971 as a Teacher at Monroe School in Preble County. Member of Eaton United Church of Christ. Preceded in death by Husband of 53 years Karl D. Fleenor in 1994.

Survived by Son: Dean Fleenor of Richmond, Indiana. Sister: Ruth Westbrook of Kettering, Ohio; Grandchildren: Deanna Beaman, Dawn Fleenor and Douglas Fleenor all of Richmond, Indiana.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 10, 2003 - 10:30 A.M. at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main Street - Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Edward S. Long officiating. Interment will be in Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 9, 2003 from 5 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
