Hazel B. Goins

Hazel B. Goins, 91, of Richmond, IN and formerly of New Paris, OH, died Monday, August 3, 2015 in Richmond, IN. Born on May 10, 1924 in Carter Co., KY, she was the daughter of the late Burl C. & Celestie F. (Tate) Smith. Hazel retired in 1978 after 15 years as a cook for Earlham College in Richmond, IN. Member of Gospel Church in New Paris, OH.

Preceded in death by her husband, Earl C. Goins; sisters, Justeen Feaselman, Betty Dees and Ithel Reed; brother, Carl Ray Smith.

Survived by her sisters, Revia Cull of Richmond, IN, Arlene Jenkins of Lexington, KY, Janet Moore of Dayton, OH and Earlene Wandersee of Centerville, IN; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
