Guy W. Palmer

Guy W. Palmer, 87, of Brookville, OH, died Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at his residence. Born on June 19, 1930 in Dayton, OH, he was the son of the late Guy C. & Ruth (Riley) Palmer. Guy was a self-employed carpenter and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a 1949 Northridge High School graduate and member of the Lewisburg Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by a Daughter: Rebecca Sue Palmer in 2016; Grandson: Brandon I. Palmer in 2015.

Survived by his Wife of 64 years: Geyneal (Roberts) Palmer; Sons: Tad W. & Karen Palmer and Dean A. & Melissa Palmer; Sisters: Louise Manning, Leslie (Bill) Slorp and Patricia Ratz; 6 Grandchildren and numerous Great and Great Great Grandchildren. Nieces and Nephews

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 11:00 A.M at Lewisburg Baptist Church, 608 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, OH with Pastor Winson Wagner officiating. Interment with military honors by the Preble County Honor Guard will be held in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg. Family will receive friends on Saturday from 9-11 A.M. at the church.
