Grace L. Brady

Grace L. Livers Brady, age 94, of Hamilton, Fairfield Township, Ohio died Friday, June 18, 2010 in Hamilton. Born on September 22, 1915 in Union County, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Edgar L. & Emma L. (Buckley) Stanton and was a graduate of Short High School in Liberty, IN. She had lived in Liberty, Union County, Indiana and Camden, OH from 1985 to 1996. She worked in Liberty for over 45 years at McNurney's Five & Dime Store, Kroger's, Gulley's Grocery, Ross's Grocery and Mike's Finer Foods. Grace was a member of St. Bridget's Catholic Church for over 70 years and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hamilton, OH; American Legion Auxiliary and Delta Theta Tau Sorority.

Preceded in death by her 1st husband: Alvin S. (Ves) Livers in 1976 and 2nd husband: Anson H. Brady in 1997. A son Michael Livers in 1987; granddaughter: Dottie Ann Estis in 1960; brothers: Charles Stanton and Wallace Stanton.

Survivors include one son: Tim Livers of Cincinnati, OH; five daughters: Mary Lou Livers and Priscilla & Danny Newton both of Hamilton, OH; Teresa (Terrie) A. Livers of College Corner, IN; Patricia (Pat) G. Livers and Alvina (Sis) Livers both of San Luis Obispo, CA.; Ten grandchildren: Mike Jackson, Mark Jackson, Daniel Newton, Joseph Newton, Kevin Newton, Jennie Newton, Mike Livers, Crystal Livers, Tyler O'Toole and Rachel Burlage; Five great grandchildren: Nickolas Newton, Logan Livers, Chandler Wilburn, Kyle Pollard and Keila Pollard. Several Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at Visitation Catholic Church – 407 East Main Street – Eaton, Ohio with Rev. J. Thomas Fitzsimmons officiating. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 from 10:00 to 10:45 AM at Barnes Funeral Home – 220 East Main Street – Eaton, Ohio. Interment will be in Preble Memorial Gardens.
