Gerald K. "Jerry" Humphrey

Gerald Keith “Jerry” Humphrey, 58, of Piqua, Ohio, died Monday, May 10, 2021 at The OSU Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. Born on February 22, 1963 in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Harold K. & Barbara A. (Gehring) Humphrey. Preceded in death by Grandson: Dante O. Humphrey in 2018. 

Survived by his Wife of 26 years: Nicole M. (Williams) Humphrey; Children: Amber Marie Stacy, Hollie Jean Burress, Bradly (Hazel) Humphrey, Brandon Tyler Humphrey and Brock Vaughn Humphrey; Siblings: Shelia Renee Vickrey, Brian, Kathleen and Heather Humphrey; Grandchildren: Gavin, Mason, Hunter, Ryder, Audrey, Christian, Ronan and Beckham. 

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, May 17, 2021 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, Ohio with Pastor Tim Hamilton officiating. Interment will be held at 2:00 p.m. in Willow View Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. prior to service at the funeral home.
