Gerald (Jerry) H. Sexton

Gerald "Jerry" H. Sexton, 64, of Eldorado, Ohio, died Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at his residence. Born on September 17, 1952 in Logan, W.V. he was the son of the late Otis H. & Barbara J. (Pelfrey) Sexton. Jerry retired in 2003 from Dana Corporation in Richmond, IN after 30 years of service. He currently was the Dayton District Manager for the Andy Frain Security of Cincinnati.

Survived by wife of 35 years: Nancy J. (Irelan) Sexton; children: Geri Sue Puthoff and Jessica & Dan Carroll both of Eaton, Oh; and Christy & Ty Wiram of North Pole, Alaska; grandchildren: Erin Puthoff, Shane & Alexis Holmes, Jesse Holmes and Paige Dortch.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday, December 5, 2016 at Bussard-Barnes-Vaniman Funeral Home, 311 North Main Street Eldorado, Ohio. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at the funeral home with Rev. John Allen officiating. Interment will be in Spring Lawn Cemetery in New Paris, OH.
