Gerald E. Withrow

Gerald E. Withrow age 81 of Camden, Ohio died Thursday, February 19, 2009 at Woodland Country Manor - Somerville, OH. Born on June 22, 1927 in Butler County, OH he was the son of the late Albert E. & Ora Mae (Hageman) Withrow. Gerald was a 1945 graduate of the Ohio Military Institute in Cincinnati and served in the U.S. Army. He was a retired employee for General Motors for over 40 years, Preble County farmer and member of the Eagles Lodge # 2202 of Eaton, OH and the Druids Lodge in Richmond, IN. Preceded in death by a son: Michael Lee Withrow in 1957.

Survived by Son & Daughter-In-Law: Richard A. & Dee Jackson of Hamilton, OH; Brother & Sister-In-Law: Albert E. & Marilyn Withrow of Richmond, IN; Sister & Brother-In-Law: Anna Lee & Edward M. Duffie of Camden, OH. Grandson: Rick Jackson and Great Granddaughter: Caitlin Jackson; Nieces & Nephews: Brooks Duffie, Blake & Missy Duffie, Sara (Eric) Sorrell and Brice Duffie; 8 Grand Nieces & Nephews.

Celebration of life service will be held 7:00 PM Monday, February 23, 2009 at Woodland Country Manor - 4166 Somerville Road - Somerville, OH with Rev. Jeremy W. Halstead officiating. Family will receive friends after the service. Interment will be held in Somerville Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
