Frederick W. Phipps

Frederick W. Phipps, age 86 of Eaton, Ohio died Friday, November 28, 2014 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, OH Born on July 16, 1928 in Beckley, West Virginia he was the son of the late Garner & Elsie Marie (Goins) Phipps. Fred was a W.W. II U.S. Navy veteran and he graduated from the University of Arizona Pharmacy School. He was the past owner & operator of Kaelin's Valley Center Pharmacy in El Cajon California and retired as a Pharmacist with Walmart moving to Preble County in 2004. He had been a member of the Elk's Lodge, V.F.W., American Legion and Lions International. Preceded in death by his wife of 64 years: Donna J. Phipps in 2013.

Survived by daughters & sons-in-law: Linda S. & Harold E. Greig of Lewisburg, Ohio and Becky & William Brown of Cypress, Texas; sons & daughter-in-law: Patrick & Joanne Phipps of Santee, California and Ronald Pauley of Lewisburg, Ohio; 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; sister: Gloria Ann Chamberlain of El Cajon, CA and brother: Richard G. Phipps of Quartz Hill, CA, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
