Frank H. Ashworth

FRANK H. ASHWORTH, age 91, of Eaton, Ohio, died Thursday, April 6, 2006 at his residence. Born on August 14, 1914 near Eaton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Raymond Rockford & Alma (Hylton) Ashworth. He was a 1932 Eaton High School graduate and had farmed in Washington Township for over 70 years. In addition to farming he had also worked at the Northend Gas Station. He was a member of the Concord United Church of Christ, the Farm Bureau Council #4 and the Preble County Farm Bureau.

He is survived by his wife of 70 years: Hannah R. (Black) Ashworth. Sons & daughters-in-law: Stanley & Charlene Ashworth of Greensboro, North Carolina, Robert & Nancy Ashworth and Richard & Cindy Ashworth both of Eaton, Ohio. Grandchildren: Mark A.(Terri) Ashworth, David M.(Lisa) Ashworth both of Eaton, Susan A. Ashworth of Vandalia, Ohio and Amanda C. Ashworth and R. Bradley Ashworth both of Eaton. Great Grandchildren: Tyler Hylton Ashworth, Alaina Morgan Ashworth and Hannah Maria Ashworth all of Eaton.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 10, 2006 at Barnes Funeral Home-220 East Main Street-Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Ronald L. Foulk officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton. Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 9, 2006 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
