Francis J. Rueve

FRANCIS J. "FRANK" RUEVE, age 79 of Lewisburg, OH, died Friday, July 20, 2012 at his residence. Born on January 13, 1933 at Ottawa, OH, he was the son of the late Francis & Laura (Hermiller) Rueve. He graduated from St Charles school at Carthagena, OH. Frank was a Registered Nurse at St Elizabeth Hospital and retired from Dayton State Hospitals in 2002. He along with his wife had owned and operated The Driftwood Pet Shops and the Covered Bridge Restaurant in Lewisburg, OH and Snickers Family Bar and Restaurant in New Lebanon, OH.

Preceded in death by a sister, Alice Thatcher and brothers Father Richard "Dick" Rueve, Jay Rueve and Eugene Rueve.

Survived by his wife of 37 years, Carol Jean (Henry) Rueve. Daughters, Darlene Kay (Bernie) Wiggins of Flint, MI and Tiffiny R. Isel of Lewisburg, OH. Grandchildren, Miriah, Alex and Cheyenne Isel. Aunt, Carolyn Henry of Cincinnati, OH. Special nephew and niece, Steve Henry and Dawn Millhouse of Centerville, OH. Other nieces and his beloved dogs Comanche & Apache.

Family will recieve family and friends on Wednesday July 25, 2012 from 6 to 8 pm at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, OH.
