Frances Pugh

FRANCES (KESSLER) PUGH, age 97, of Rosebud Village in Richmond, IN died on Monday, December 31, 2012. Born on August 27, 1915 in Millgrove, Blackford County, IN, daughter of the late Fred & Esta (Davis) Kessler. Frances attended the United Methodist Church in Eldorado, OH.

Preceded in death by brothers, Avon Kessler, Burl Kessler, Ralph Kessler and Theo Kessler; sister-in-law, Alma Kessler; granddaughter, Tammy Marie Pugh.

Survived by her husband, George Egbert Pugh of New Paris, OH; children & spouses, William Eugene & D. Jean Pugh of Richmond, IN, Robert Dean & Anne Pugh of Carolina Beach, NC, Bernard Lee Pugh of New Paris, OH, Benny Joe & Christine Pugh of Louisville, TN; sister & brother-in-law, Mary June & Rev. John Parks of Upland, IN; sisters-in-law, Louise Kessler of New Paris, OH and Martha Kessler of Red Key, IN; nine grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 4, 2013 at Barnes Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St., New Paris, OH with Rev. John Parks officiating. Interment will be held in Springlawn Cemetery in New Paris. Family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday at the funeral home on the same day as the funeral.
