Forrest M. Alvey

FORREST M. ”BUBBY” ALVEY, age 9, of Dayton, Ohio, died Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at the Children’s Medical Center of Dayton. He was born on December 16, 1997 in Dayton, Ohio. Member of M.R.D.D. of Mongtomery County, Ohio. Member of United Rehab Services of Greater Dayton. He was a 4th grader who attended the Montgomery County Learning Center of Kettering Schools. Bubby enjoyed playing in his sandbox that was built by his grandfather.

Survived by mother: Angela Burch of Connersville, Indiana; sisters: Joie Burch and Samantha Burch both of Connersville, Indiana; grandparents: Norman & Ada Alvey of Dayton, Ohio; great grandparents: Dick & June Alvey of Richmond, Indiana; uncle: James “Jim” Taggart of Richmond, Indiana; nephew: James “Matthew” Taggart of Richmond, Indiana; several uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 23, 2007 at Barnes Funeral Home - 109 West Main Street - New Paris, Ohio with Rev. Paul Wesler officiating. Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 P.M. prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Springlawn Cemetery in New Paris, Ohio.
