Forest H. Kenworthy

FOREST H. KENWORTHY, age 82 of Brookville, Ohio, died Sunday, January 27, 2008 at Harborside Healthcare in New Lebanon, Ohio. Born February 9, 1925, the son of Homer C. & Bessie I. (Kehr) Kenworthy. Forest was a U.S. Army WW II veteran and retired in 2000 from Lewisburg Container after 40 years of service. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by brother, Harry Kenworthy and sister, Hazel Meade.

Survived by wife, Dorothy E. (Shuff) Kenworthy; daughters & sons-in-law, Marilyn J. & William Stephens and Elaine K. Kenworthy both of Englewood, Ohio and Janet & Jesse Olinger of Lewisburg, Ohio; brother-in-law: Marvin Archer of Lewisburg, Ohio and sister: Mabel Archer of Lewisburg, Ohio; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, Ohio with Rev. Brent L. Cavendish officiating. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will be held in Royal Oak Memorial Gardens - Brookville, OH. Military honors will be provided by the Preble County Honor Guard.
