Florence M. Reece

Florence M. (Hanschell) Reece, age 83, of Eaton, Ohio, died Monday, September 29, 2008 at Woodland Country Manor in Somerville, Ohio. Born on August 30, 1925 in Germantown, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Hilary & Ida Mae (Ausburn) Hanschell. Florence worked at NCR in Dayton, Ohio for several years and was an Assembler at Baxter in Eaton, Ohio for 11 years. She owned & operated Reece Produce Store in Eaton, Ohio on Park Avenue for 15 years. Member of the Somerville Pentecostal Church.

Preceded by her husband of 52 years, Ralph L. Reece in 1997; son, Ronald Lee Reece in 1951; granddaughter, Patrica Lynn Reece in 1987; brothers, Rufus Hanschell, Ross Hanschell and Jim Hanschell; sisters, Lizzie Barnett, Stella Lynch, Bessie Bishop and "Lilly" Hanschell.

Survived by sons & daughters-in-law, Danny & Donna Reece of Somerville, Ohio, Ralph & Patty Reece of West Alexandria, Ohio, Donnie & Diane Reece of Fayette, Tennessee, John & Cathy Reece of Sonia, Georgia; grandchildren, Ralph, Charles, Bobby, J.R., Cody, Lacey, Jeremy, Casey, Alina, & Kara; great grandchildren, Amanda, C.J., Shelby, Caitlynn, Savanah and Tristan; brother & sister-in-law, Robert & Kay Hanschell of Sabina, Ohio; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 3, 2008 at Nein-Barnes Funeral Home, 249 North Main Street, Camden, Ohio with Rev. Riley Parker officiating. Interment will be held at Hickory Flat Cemetery in Hamilton, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at the funeral home.
