Fay Elliott, age 78 of Camden, Ohio died Friday afternoon August 19, 2011 at her residence. Born on January 21, 1933 in Constance, Boone County, KY she was the daughter of the late Claude B. & Alice V. (Mullins) Fugate. Fay retired in 2009 after 36 years of service as the Custodial Coordinator at Hueston Woods State Park. She was a member of Northside Chapel First Church of God in Camden and the Senior Citizens Center in Eaton, OH. Preceded in death by her husband: Delmer Elliott in 1996; brothers: Pete Fugate, Ed Fugate, James Fugate, Dan Fugate and Robert Fugate.
Survived by her daughter & son-in-law: Donna & Bruce Westover of Eaton, OH; Sons & daughters-in-law: Allen & Wilma Elliott and Rick Elliott both of Middletown, OH; Terry Elliott of West Alexandria, OH; William & Virginia Elliott of Dayton, OH; James & Sandy Elliott and Kenneth & Kellie Elliott both of Eaton, OH and David Randal Elliott of Charlotte, NC; Brother: Donald (Nan) Fugate of Marietta, GA; Sister: Gladys Godsey of Ludlow, KY and Sisters-In-Law: Dorothy E. Carpenter of Camden, OH, Delores Fugate of Livingston, AL and Betty Fugate of Ludlow, KY; 12 Grandchildren; Many Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 22, 2011 at Northside Chapel First Church of God – 6820 North Main Street Camden, Ohio with Rev. Arvil Dean officiating. Interment will be in Fairmount Cemetery in Camden, OH. Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 21, 2011 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at Nein - Barnes Funeral Home, 249 North Main Street, Camden, OH and one hour prior to the service on Monday.
