Edward R. Martin

EDWARD R. MARTIN, 62 of Brookville, OH died Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at his residence. Born on February 18, 1953 in Hamilton, OH he was the son of the late Earl & Mary (Risch) Martin. Ed served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War; Ohio Army National Guard; U.S. Army Reserve during Operational Desert Shield and employed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Preceded in death by a brother: Marvin D. Martin in 1952 and a nephew; Steven A. Baker in 2007.

Survivors include his children: Tonya McKenna of Pennsylvania and Stacy Martin of Richmond, IN; sister: Wanda S. Martin Baker of College Corner, OH; nieces Cheryl Chafin (Bryan) of Camden, OH; Trena Powell of Eaton, OH; and Gena Liggett (Rodney) of Middletown, OH.

Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at the First Southern Baptist Church in Camden, OH. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM at the church with Dr. Rev. Greg Jackson officiating. Interment will be in Beechwood Cemetery – Israel Township with the Preble County Honor Guard providing full military honors.
