Edward "Dean" Michael

EDWARD "DEAN" MICHAEL, age 62, of Camden, Ohio, died on Saturday, April 25, 2009. Born on April 17, 1947 in Hamilton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Hubert Russell & Florence Alberta (Gault) Michael. Dean graduated in 1965 from Preble Shawnee High School in Camden, Ohio. Dean proudly served as a Sgt. in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War from 1965 to 1968. Dean was a Heavy Equipment Operator for Rich Excavation of Somerville, Ohio for several years. Lifetime member of the VFW Post #1577 in Camden, Ohio. Member of the American Legion Post #377 in Camden, Ohio.

Preceded in death by his brothers, Steve Michael in 1999 and Norman Michael in 1959; sister, Mary Michael in 1939.

Survived by his wife of 7 years, Connie B. Michael of Camden, Ohio; children & spouses, Wyatt Michael of Eaton, Ohio and Tina & Troy Morrison in Eaton, Ohio; step son & spouse, Kyle & Abby Moore of Camden, Ohio; brothers & sisters-in-law, Jack & Iretta Michael in Indiana, Danny & Mary Michael in New Madison, Ohio and Paul & Beth Michael in New Hope, Ohio; sister & brother-in-law, Sue & Sonny Hileman of Camden, Ohio; grandchildren; Rayna Michael and Troy Morrison; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at Nein Barnes Funeral Home, 249 North Main Street, Camden, Ohio with Kevin Miller officiating. Internment will be held at Fairmount Cemetery with Full Military honors provided by the Preble County Honor Guard. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
