Edry R. Crouch, age 85, of Camden, OH, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 17, 2014. Born in Salt Lick, KY on October 2, 1928 to the late Banks & Bessie (Patrick) Crouch. Edry Proudly served in the US Air Force from 1950 to 1958 during the Korean War. Retired from Armco Steel in 1985 after 30 years as a switchman. Avid Hunter, Fisherman, Golfer and had wonderful gardens. Edry was a Diehard UK Basketball & Cincinnati Reds Fan. Edry was a wonderful Husband & Father. Member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Camden, OH. Preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Eunice Juanita Crouch and Ruby Marlow; brother, Berthal Crouch; special nephew and fishing buddy, James "Pete" Reffitt and nephew, Kenny Marlow.
Survived by his wife of 60 years, Marjorie (Lindsey) Crouch of Camden, OH; children, Debbie (Mike) Croucher of Camden, OH, Brenda (Steve) Nickell of Somerville, OH, Karl (Gayle) Crouch of Camden, OH, Becky Miley of Camden, OH and Kim (Terry) Robinson of Franklin, OH; sisters, Marg Reffitt of Franklin, OH and Lena (Heraldon) Wills of Salt Lick, KY; seven grandchildren, Jodi, Melissa, Emma, Sadie, Rachel, Landon, and Logan; eight great grandchildren, Jordon, Tyler, Kenny, Chloe, Makayla, Bently, Paytin and Mila; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. Special Thanks to Dr. Thomson and Heartland Hospice for taking such good care of Dad over the years.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 pm, Thursday, May 22, 2014 at First Southern Baptist Church, 35 N. Liberty St., Camden, OH with Rev. Dr. Greg Jackson officiating. Interment will be held at Fairmound Cemetery in West Elkton, OH with full military honors provided by the Preble County Honor Guard. Family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Thursday at the Church.
