Edna Mae Strunk

Edna Mae (Blair) Strunk, 86 of Somerville, Ohio, died Thursday, September 23, 2021, in Hamilton, Ohio. Born on November 13, 1934, in Ary, Perry County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Troy L. & Myrtle (Blankenship) Blair. Edna was a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary Post 7387 in Hazard, Kentucky, and the Somerville Community Church in Somerville.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Orlin R. Strunk, Sr. in 2012; daughter, Karen Skeens; Granddaughter, Tiffany Bingham in 2020; brothers, Eugene, Ray, Sammy, and Garvin Lee Blair, and sisters, Dora Blevins, Linda Smith, and Helen McNutt.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Deloris Henson (Hank Abrams) and Jenny (Mike) Rumpler; sons and daughters-in-law, Kenny (Ronda) Strunk and Orlin (Jill) Strunk; grandchildren, Kelly Rumpler (Michelle Wells Thomas), Brian Nipper, Bobby(Vickie) Nipper, Gina (Boyce) Baker, David Skeens, Crystal Warren, Steven (Erin) Strunk, Shelby (Sarah) Strunk and Jennifer (Scott) Couch; great grandchildren, Brooke and Hannah Rumpler; Kyla, Justin and Aaliya Nipper; Christopher McClellan, Michael Prater and Jonathan Murray; Damon Nipper and Brian Nipper, Jr.;  Calla Bingham, Abigail Wood, and Emma Warren; Katie, Libby and Allie Roberts; Steven, Corbin, Isaac and Maggie Strunk; Kaden, Kian, Karsen and Avelynn Strunk and Madison, Juli, Brandon and Ava Couch; great great grandchildren, Ozzy, Brian III and Jack Nipper and Carson Johnston; brothers and sisters-in-law, Walden (Maria) Blair, Jimmy (Doris) Blair and Tommy (Edna) Blair and sisters and brother-in-law, Francis (Charlie) Brown and Brenda Robinson; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and wonderful friends and community members in Somerville.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm, Monday, September 27, 2021, at the Somerville Community Church, 207 S. Walnut Street, Somerville, Ohio, with Pastor Mark S. Crary officiating. Interment will be held in Somerville Cemetery. Visitation from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, Monday at the church. Memorial Contributions may be made to Somerville Community, PO Box 232, Somerville, Ohio 45064.
