Dorothy M. Johnson

Dorothy M. Johnson, age 72, of Eaton, Ohio, died Thursday, July 14, 2005 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton. Born on September 5, 1932 in Warrick County, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Oatley & Opal (Wright) Shelton. In 1954 she moved to Ohio after living in Indiana. She attended the First Brethren Church in Gratis. During the 1970's to 1980's she worked at Parker Hannifin in Eaton, OH. Preceded in death by her husband of 50 years: Charles N. Johnson in 2001.

Survived by her sons: Mark E. Johnson of Eaton, OH and Merle A. Johnson of West Alexandria, OH. Daughers: Deborah Eaton of Richmond, IN and Teresa “Terri” Kuck of Eaton, OH; Brother: James Shelton of Evansville, IN. Eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 18, 2005 - 2:00 PM (Ohio Time) at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with Pastor Robert French officiating. Interment will be held in Fairview Cemetery - Gratis, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Monday, July 18, 2005 from 12 to 2:00 PM (Ohio Time) at the funeral home.
