Donna Jean Bussard

Donna Jean Bussard, 89 of Verona, Ohio, died, Friday, July 31, 2020 in Dayton. Born on February 5, 1931 in Harrison Twp., Preble County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Walter & Fern (Mendenhall) Besecker. 

Donna was a 1949 Verona High School graduate and had worked at F & F Mold in Verona for 30 years. She had attended the Gordon UMC and was a member of the WSCS in the church. Member of the Verona Grange and she had served as an election pole worker in Verona for many years and also served on the Republican Central Committee for Preble County. Preceded in death by her siblings: Phyllis Besecker, Richard D. Besecker and Janice (Kenneth) Walters. 

Survived by her Husband of 65 years: Robert C. Bussard; Children: Cynthia J. (Kent) Muncie, Randy C. (Tammy) Bussard, David S. (Laura) Bussard; Brother: Lowell (Sharon) Besecker; Sister-in-law: Roberta Besecker; Grandchildren: Melissa (Ethan) Mullikin, Kayla (Carl) Braunschweiger, Lindsay (Allen) Worley, Sydney Bussard, Mitchell Bussard, Brittany, Cheyenne and Sierra Bussard; Great Grandchildren: Annsley & Lyla; nieces and nephews. 

Public Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 6, 2020 in Greenmound Cemetery in New Madison, Ohio with Rev. David O. Justis officiating. No Public Calling. Arrangements Entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home, Lewisburg, Ohio.
