Dennis A. Ermlich

Dennis A. Ermlich, 63, of Lewisburg, OH, died Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. He was born on May 25, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio, son of the late Gustav Leo and Mary Agnes (Nelson) Ermlich. He was a 1972 graduate of Twin Valley North High School and was retired from F & S Harley-Davidson in Dayton where he was a Parts Manager for many years. He taught Small Engine Mechanics at the Montgomery County Joint Vocational School in Trotwood. He loved to race dirt bikes and loved to watch football, but his greatest joy came from spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of the Trailriders of Lewisburg.

In addition to his parents, Dennis is preceded in death by his brothers, James, Gerald and Jeffrey Ermlich and his granddaughter, Skye Alexandria Getter.

He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Angela Getter, Julie A. and Allen Todd and Erica L. Lucas; brothers and sister-in-law, Richard and Sally Ermlich and David Ermlich; grandchildren, Aaron and Patience Getter; Alaina Wilmoth and Ainsley and Easton Todd; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 15, 2017 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, OH with Rev. David O. Justis officiating. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery, Lewisburg, OH. Family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
