Delbert R. Fannin

DELBERT R. FANNIN, age 76 of Eaton, Ohio and formerly of Richmond, Indiana died Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Heartland of Eaton. Delbert was born on September 9, 1937 in Charleston, WV the son of the late Delbert & Gracie (Rose) Fannin. He was a U.S. Army veteran and had worked at Perfect Circle in Richmond, IN for over 20 years.

Survivors include his daughter: Evelyn Bush of Dryden, VA; son: Douglas Ray Fannin of Big Stone Gap, VA; brothers: Earl Fannin of Williamsburg, IN; Eugene (Gladys) Fannin and James Fannin both of Richmond, IN and Ralph Fannin of Hagerstown, IN; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
