DAWN MARIE FOLKERTH, age 37 of Lewisburg, OH, died Saturday, May 29, 2010 at her residence. She was born on March 23, 1973 in Dayton, Ohio. She was a LPN at Brookhaven in Brookville, OH. Preceded in death by her Son: Eli John Folkerth in 2007; Grandparents: Harold & Rosalie Vandemark, Sr. and Howard Garner.

Survived by her Husband of 5 years: Brian D. Folkerth; Parents: Harold E. & Teresa (Garner) Vandemark, Jr., Lewisburg, OH; Grandmother: Bertie Mae (Studebaker) Garner, Lewisburg, OH; Sister: Melissa (Aaron) Salyers, Lewisburg, OH; Brother: Chad Vandemark, Lewisburg, OH; Father & Mother-in-law: Mic & Kathy Folkerth, Englewood, OH; Sister-in-law: Rachel Folkerth and her son Ben, Englewood, OH. Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH with Pastor Mark Ballard officiating. Family will receive friends on Thursday, June 3, 2010 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
