David L. Norvell

DAVID L. NORVELL, 75 of Lewisburg, OH went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 31, 2015. Born on February 27, 1940 in Dayton, OH, son of the late Willard & Carmie (Brooks) Norvell. 1958 graduate of Trotwood High School. Retired as a Project Superintendent for Fryman & Kuck General Contractors, Inc. after many years and had previously worked at Kelchner Excavating, Inc. for 16 years. David was very active in the Lewisburg community. Member of the Masonic, Libanus Lodge #80 in Lewisburg, OH and member of the Scottish Rite, Valley of Dayton. Member of the Lewisburg United Methodist Church in Lewisburg, OH.

Preceded in death by son, Cory Norvell; sister, Ruth Hodson; brother, Willard "Willy" Norvell.

Survived by his wife of 53 years, Sally (Miller) Norvell of Lewisburg, OH; son, Troy & Kim Norvell of Waynesville, OH; three grandchildren, Brittiney (Brett) Landis, Katie (Kyle) Wright and Kyle Norvell; two great grandchildren, Lucy and Rush Landis; special friends, Gary Norris and Herman Michael.

Family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the Lewisburg United Methodist Church, 3147 US 40, Lewisburg, OH. Masonic Services will be held following the visitation on Wednesday night at the church.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at the church with Rev. Richard Hiltibran & Rev. David Justis officiating. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, OH.
