Dale M. Fisher

DALE M. FISHER, 82, of Lewisburg, Ohio, passed away quietly on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at his home. He was born on February 3, 1927 in Preble County, Ohio, son of the late Ross & Mabel (Wehrly) Fisher. Dale was a retired truck driver for New Paris Oil and was the bookkeeper for Fisher Electric in Lewisburg. Dale was a devoted member of the Prices Creek Old German Baptist Brethren Church in Eldorado. He is preceded in death by his mother in 1930; his father in 1986 and his step mother, Susie (Deaton) Fisher in 1979.

Dale is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Betty Jane (Flory); their children, daughter, Doris Jane Fisher of Lewisburg and son, Dennis(Jiemei) Fisher of Venice, Florida; sister, Naomi Padgett of Greenville, Ohio; brothers, Charles(Betty Lou) Fisher of Eaton and Alfred (Barbara) Fisher of Jacksonville, Florida; grandchildren, Yancy(Christy)Flora, Clinton Flora, Lance(Emily)Fisher, Tina Fisher and Kelly; great grandchildren, Victoria, Katherine and Elizabeth Flora; Tripp Flora and Trey Fisher. Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at the Prices Creek Old German Baptist Brethren Church-6223 St. Rt. 726, Eldorado, Ohio with the Prices Creek Brethren officiating. Interment will be held in Prices Creek Cemetery adjoining the church. Family will receive friends on Monday, December 7, 2009 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, Ohio.
