CHRISTOPHER A. SMITH, age 18, of Lewisburg, OH died Friday, October 20, 2006 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio due to injuries sustained in an accident Thursday evening in Preble County. He was born on September 19, 1988 in Dayton, OH and attended Tri County North High School. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Don and Elizabeth Brown.

He is survived by his parents: Christopher E. and Amy Jo (Brown) Smith of Lewisburg; sister: Brittany Smith of Lewisburg; paternal grandmother: Charlotte Green of Lewisburg; paternal grandfather: Daniel(Joann) Smith of Leesburg, Ohio; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Service will be 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at Barnes Funeral Home - 411 North Commerce St. - Lewisburg, Ohio with Pastor Chris Tannreuther officiating. Interment will be held in Bear Creek Cemetery in Trotwood, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 24, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
