Chelsea A. Rodeffer

Chelsea A. Rodeffer, age 82 of Lewisburg, OH died Saturday, August 6, 2016 at his residence. Chelsea was born on October 1, 1933 in Preble County, Ohio the son of Chelsea S. & Mary (Heckman) Rodeffer. He was a self-employed residential building contractor and helped start the Carl S. Akey Corporation in Lewisburg, OH. Member of the National Reining Horse Association, National Cutting Horse Association and attended the Castine Church of The Brethren.

Survived by his Wife of 61 ½ years: Nina (Andes) Rodeffer; children: Chick O. & Paula Rodeffer, Daniel Rodeffer both of Lewisburg, OH; Benjamin & Linda Rodeffer, Sherry Sumpter, Mary Beth & Danny Mickie and Janette & Brian Bracken all of Florida; 8 grandchildren: Ashley Rohrbach, Thomas Rodeffer, Emma Rodeffer, Sam Rodeffer, Jed Rodeffer, Zane Rodeffer, Cory Rodeffer and Amber Rodeffer; 3 great grandchildren: Josey Rohrbach, Ava Rohrbach and Avery Rodeffer; brothers: Sam Rodeffer of West Alexandria, OH, Paul & Nancy Rodeffer of Eaton, OH and Ronnie Rodeffer of Georgia; sisters: Mary Lou & Bill Hakes of Eaton, OH and Nancy & Chuck Replogle of Maryland.

Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Sugar Grove Cemetery, West Alexandria, OH with Rev. Greg Hyre officiating.
