Chasity Nicole (Hembree) Templin, age 49 of New Paris, Ohio, died Monday, July 31, 2023, at her residence. She was born on May 14, 1974, in Greenville, Ohio.

Chasity had worked at the Lowes in Richmond, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her father: Donald Gene Hembree in 2016.

Chasity is survived by her husband of 22 years, Nathan A. Templin; her mother, Vicki R. (Hoff) Moore; son, Sam Templin; daughter, Brooke (Travis) Doolin; sister: Tiffany (Mathew) Hall; brothers, Jonathan Hembree and Jeremy Hembree; grandchildren: Gabrielle, Lillian, Addelyn, and Allyanna; nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family with arrangements entrusted to Barnes Funeral Homes, New Paris, Ohio.
