Charles E. Spencer

Charles E. Spencer, 66, of Cincinnati, OH, died Monday, October 26, 2015 in a single vehicle accident in Preble County, OH. Born on September 16, 1949 in Hazard, KY, he was the son of the late George & Pauline (Barker) Spencer. He served in the U.S.M.C. during Vietnam. Preceded in death by Brothers: Bill and Tom Spencer.

Survived by Daughter: Heather M. Ripley, Navarre, OH; Sister: Katherine A. "Kathy" Case, Camden, OH; Brother: Wayne Spencer, Dayton, OH; Grandchildren: Haley M. and Zane R. Ripley, Nieces & Nephews.

Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, October 30, 2015 at Charter Oak Cemetery, Aberdeen, Brown County, OH. with military honors by Post 367.
