Charles E. Douglass

Charles E. Douglass, age 79, died June 4, 2012 at Sebastian River Medical Center. Charles was born on January 10, 1933 in Camden, Ohio, son of the late, Harvey & Helen (MacDonald) Douglass. Charles graduated from Camden High School, was a resident of Camden for 53 years and was a resident of Sebastian, Florida for 26 years. He had worked as a manager for Suburban Propane in Eaton, Ohio for 20 years and owner of Harvey Pizza and Charlies both in Camden, Ohio for over 20 years. In Florida, he had worked as a manager for Walgreen's for over 20 years.

Charles proudly served in the US Air Force as a Sergeant during the Korean War. Life Member of the VFW and Member of the American Legion.

Survivors include his Wife of 55 years, Eleanora (Nora) Douglass; Daughters, Lindy (Dale) Kuykendoll, Brenda (Randy) Robertson, Cindy (Bob) Green and Kim (Greg) Robertson; Son, Chuck (Missy) Douglass; Grandchildren, Tim (Megan), Doug and Ashley Kuykendoll, Robby Green, Charles, Kindra and Allen Robertson, and Gina Freeman; Brothers, Jim (Frances) Douglass and Don (Hazel) Douglass; Sister, Mary (Bill) Kindel.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at the VFW Post 10210 in Sebastian, Florida.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Nein Barnes Funeral Home, Camden, Ohio 45311 with Rev. Charlie Rinehart officiating.
