Charles Asher

CHARLES ASHER, age 55, of Hamilton, OH, died Thursday, September 3, 2009 at Hospice of Hamilton. Born on October 11, 1953 in Hamilton, OH, he was the son of the late John & Martha Ann (Roark) Asher. He was a cross country pipe line installer. Preceded in death by sisters: Marilyn Powell and Mary Jane Asher.

Survived by his companion, Joni Dean of Hamilton, Ohio; Sons: Charlie J. Asher, Camden, OH, James Lewis Asher, Middletown, OH; Daughter & Companion: Martha Dawn Asher and James Hall, Hamilton, OH; Sisters: Mossie (Randy) Wilburn, Camden, OH, Lucy (Richard) Barnett, Cambridge, IN, Myrtle Schubert, Hamilton, OH, Sally (Dave) Wilburn, Camden, OH; Brothers: Arnold (Cheryl) Asher, Eaton, OH, Vernon (Vickie) Asher, Somerset, KY; 3 Grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 5, 2009 at the Higher Heights Church of God, 8111 U.S. 127 South, Camden, OH with Rev. Marvin Hocker officiating. Interment will be held in Somerville Cemetery, Somerville, OH. Family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the church.
