Catherine D. Whitesell

Catherine D. Whitesell, 93 of Eaton, Ohio, died Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek, Ohio. Born on August 2, 1927 in Hamilton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Egbert K. & Grace I. (Wright) Werk. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Huber Heights. 

In addition to her parents, Catherine was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Dwight Whitesell in 1991; a son: Bruce D. Whitesell in 1980 and a brother, Donald Lee Werk in 1996. 

Survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Gary D. (Vicky) Whitesell; three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.  
Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Beechwood Cemetery near Morning Sun with Dale Werk officiating.   

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you are required to wear a facemask at the graveside and practice social distancing. Arrangements Entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home, Eaton, Ohio.
