C. Jane Eikenberry

C. Jane (Curnutt) Eikenberry, 87 years, 2 months, 20 days, of Eaton, OH, died Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at her residence. Born on March 8, 1927 in Whittier, CA, she was the daughter of the late William Nelson & Esther Marie (Baker) Curnutt. She had attended school in Trotwood, OH and was a member of the Lower Twin Old German Baptist Brethren Church near Camden.

Preceded in death by her husband: Virgil Eugene Eikenberry in 2009; sister: Cloretta Francis Winkler in 2012.

Survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Donald E. & Carolyn Eikenberry of Brookville, OH and Dale Alan & Janet Eikenberry of Arcanum, OH; daughters and sons-in-law, Kay Jane & David Oyler of Eaton, Karen Sue & George Wolf and Kristine Ann & Randall Mohler both of Quinter, KS; 37 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Sunday, June 1, 2014 at the Lower Twin Old German Baptist Brethren Church, 6715 Quaker Trace Rd., Camden, OH 45311 with the Old German Baptist Brethren officiating. Interment will be held in Lower Twin Old German Baptist Brethren Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the church. Arrangements entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, OH.
