C. Arthur Webb

C. ARTHUR WEBB, JR., 81 of Camden, Ohio died Monday, April 8, 2013 at McCullough-Hyde Hospital in Oxford, Ohio. He was born on December 6, 1931 in Hamilton, Ohio son of the late Chester Arthur & Hilda Bethina (Whitmore) Webb, Sr. Arthur was a Construction Foreman for Neff-Fry in Camden for many years and then worked in Custodial Services for Miami University in Oxford. An avid sportsman, Arthur enjoyed hunting, fishing and golf and was a longtime member of the Liberty Country Club in Liberty, Indiana. He was a member of the Higher Heights Church of God in Camden and was a U.S. Navy veteran during the Korean Conflict.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Ruby Hampton, Ethel Hines and Hazel Jones and brothers, J. George., William and Herman L. Webb.

Arthur is survived by his wife, Frances Ann (Steele) Webb; son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Joan Webb of Loveland, Ohio; grandchildren, Keri (Ben) Humrighouse of Tucker, Georgia and Tyler Webb of Columbus, Ohio; sisters, Dorothy Gabbard, Pam Rader and Nancy Murphy; brothers, Charles and J. Wayne. Webb; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Higher Heights Church of God, 8111 US Rt. 127, Camden, Ohio 45311 with Rev. Marvin Hocker officiating. Interment will be held in Fairmount Cemetery in Camden with full military honors provided by the Preble County Honor Guard. Family will receive friends on Thursday, April 11, 2013 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Nein-Barnes Funeral Home, 249 North Main Street, Camden.
