Brenda G. Farmer

Brenda G. Farmer, 57 of Little Torch Key, Florida passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at Lower Keys Medical Center in Key West, Florida. Brenda was born on July 19, 1953 in Hamilton, Butler County, OH the daughter of the late Cloyd C. Powell & Thelma (Bailey) Johnson Powell.

Brenda had been a former resident of Ohio and has been a resident of the Florida Keys for the last 10 years. She had worked as a LPN nurse and for Shell Warehouse on Mallory Square in Key West. She was an avid reader, certified scuba diver and very devoted Christian woman. Brenda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

Survivors: husband Edward A. Farmer; son & daughter-in-law: Jason L. & Anna M. Jones of Monroe, OH; step sons: Joshua Farmer and Mark Farmer; step daughter: Amber (Shannon) Bryant; brother & sister-in-law: Daniel & Olga Powell of Phoenix, AZ. sisters & brother-in-law: Kay Powell, Fay & Louie Schmidlin and Shirley & Tim Lamb all of Camden, OH and Lela Rae Powell of Idaho; three grandchildren: Kamry Kramer, Elise Jones and Lawson Jones; brothers-in-law: Paul Farmer, Thomas Farmer and William Farmer, sister-in-law: Yvonne Villari, numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Nein - Barnes Funeral Home, 249 North Main Street – Camden, Ohio with Pastor Joel Urshan officiating. Interment will be in Fairmount Cemetery, Camden, OH. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
