Betty M. Sizemore

Betty M. Sizemore, age 69 of Lewisburg, Ohio died Sunday May 26, 2013 at Hospice of Dayton. Born on February 28, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Floyd J. & Geneva (O'Connor) Dempsey. Betty was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Lewisburg where she helped in the Church Christmas Bizarre, Celebrate Recovery Program, Lewisburg Food Pantry and housekeeping duties in the church. She worked for Jackson Cable from 1980 to 1987; Christian Book Store of Lewisburg and Home Care Nursing Assistant. Preceded in death by a Grandson: Logan Sizemore in 1988 and Sister: Dorothy Liette in 2004.

Survived by her husband of 48 years: James E. Sizemore; Sons & Daughters-In-Law: David & Elizabeth Sizemore of Eaton, OH and Edward & Kathy Sizemore of Gordon, OH; Sisters: Janie McManious and Penny (Dale) Mitchell both of Englewood, OH; Brother: Floyd (Maggie) Dempsey of Dayton, OH; Grandson: Harrison Sizemore of Greenville, OH; Great Grandson: Logan Michael White..


Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church – 511 North Commerce Street – Lewisburg, OH with Rev. Brent Cavendish officiating. Interment will be in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, OH. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Barnes Funeral Home – 411 North Commerce Street – Lewisburg and one hour prior to the service at the church.
