Betty Jane Stump

BETTY J. STUMP, age 84, of Eaton, OH died Friday May 22, 2009 at Vancrest Health Care Center in Eaton, OH. Born on July 27, 1924 in Dayton, OH, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Helen (Dawson)Martin. Betty graduated from Brookville High School at Brookville, OH, member of the Eastern Star, Glenners Chapter #182, at West Alexandria, OH, she retired from Montgomery Wards at Richmond, IN in 1971 and had worked for Dr Dressler at the Preble County Medical Center in Eaton, OH as secretary for several years.

Survived by her husband, Daryl L. Stump, Sr. whom she married on January 9, 1966. Sister-in-law, Judy Poole of Brookville, OH. Two nephews and one niece.

Funeral service will be on Wednesday May 27, 2009 - 1:00 p.m. at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Oh with the Rev Lowell T. Spencer officiating. Interment will be held in Arlington Cemetery at Brookville, OH.
