Beryl M. Surber

BERYL M. SURBER, age 97 of Brookville, OH went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 4, 2010 in Brookville, OH. Born on October 18, 1912 in Preble Co., OH, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin & Nora (Dafler) Buehner. She retired in 1964 from Ohio Plate Glass in Lewisburg and was a member of the Lewisburg United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her Husband: Oscar Surber in 1989; Daughter: Charlene Surber in 1932; Sisters: Mary Wood & Eva Fisher; Brothers: Roy, Everett & Charles Buehner.

Survived by Daughter & Son-in-law: Geraldine & Don Blackburn, Brookville, OH; Brothers: William Buehner, Franklin, OH, James Buehner, Farmersville, OH; Grandchildren: Annette (Dan) Hensley, Patty (Larry) Tully; Great Grandchildren: Sara (Marty) Cox, Kimberly (Rickey) Cornett, Angie (Jameson) Riner, Adam & Kirsten Hensley; Great Great Grandchildren: Ross, Dylan, & Lydia Cornett, Lee & Shane Cox. Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 8, 2010 at Barnes Funeral Home – 411 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH with Rev. Roy Mitchell officiating. Interment will be held in Sugar Grove Cemetery, near West Alexandria, OH. Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 7, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
