BERNIECE A. DAVISSON , age 88, of Lewisburg, OH died Tuesday evening, October 3, 2006 at Hospice of Dayton. Born on July 19, 1918 in Montgomery County, OH she was the daughter of the late Homer O. & Anna E. (House) Hoff. She was a 1937 Lewisburg Union High School graduate; member and past Matron of Eastern Star #293; Lewisburg United Methodist Church. She retired as a Bookkeeper for the Lewisburg Carpets. Preceded in death by Husband: George D. Davisson in 1997; Son: George F. Davisson in 1962 and Sisters: Loretta Harris in 1973, Ida Hunley in 1991, Ethel Weaver in 2005, Dorothy Besecker in 2000 and Marjorie Albert in 2004.

Survived by Sons & Daughter-in-law: Doug & Jane Davisson of Orlando, FL and Larry Davisson of Beavercreek, OH. 6 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Friday, October 6, 2006 at Barnes Funeral Home - 411 North Commerce St. - Lewisburg, Ohio 45338 with Rev. Michael Pratt officiating. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Friday, October 6, 2006 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
