Bernard L. Taylor

BERNARD L. "FUZZ" TAYLOR, age 75, of Camden, Ohio, died on Friday, May 23, 2008. Born on October 19, 1932 in Franklin, Ohio, he was the son of the late Virgil E. & Dorothy J. (Lindsey) Taylor. He graduated in 1951 from West Elkton High School in Ohio. Bernard proudly served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War for two years. "Fuzz" retired in 1990 after 30 years as a Machinist for ARMCO Steel in Middletown, Ohio.

Preceded in death by his granddaughter, Jill Marie Taylor in 1994.

Survived by his wife of 56 years, Corine (Sanders) Taylor of Camden, Ohio; children & spouses, Mary & Wayne Cooper of Camden, Ohio, Connie Taylor of Camden, Ohio, Jack & Diane Taylor of Cottage Grove, Indiana, Alan & Muriel Taylor of Camden, Ohio and Twila & Clem Schwabe of Union, Kentucky; brothers & sister-in-law, Vince & Myrna Taylor of Greenbush, Ohio, Chuck Taylor of Buckeye Lake, Ohio and David & Judy Taylor of Poasttown, Ohio; 17 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at First Southern Baptist Church, 35 North Liberty, Camden, Ohio with Rev. Greg Jackson officiating. Internment will be held at Fairmount Cemetery with Full Military Honors provided by the Preble County Honor Guard. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the funeral at the church.
