Arthur R. Baker, age 59 of New Paris, OH, and formerly of Middletown, OH died, Sunday, April 2, 2017 at his residence. He was born on April 11, 1957 in Dayton, OH and was a salesman for Wetzel Dodge in Richmond, IN.

He is preceded in death by his father: Bobby R. Baker in 1997.

Arthur is survived by his mother, Lilla Mae Baker and his partner, Janice Dixon.
