Anora F. Turner

Anora F. Turner, 90 of New Paris, Ohio, died Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Rosebud Village in Richmond, IN. Anora was born on December 6, 1930 in Williamsburg, IN the daughter of the late Ernest D. & Mary A. (Kane) Fahien. She had lived in New Paris most of her life and attended St. John Catholic Church in New Paris.  

Preceded in death by her husband of 68 years Elmer F. Turner in 2018; daughter: Nancy T. Schneider in 2013; sister: Mary Louise Mitchell in 2004 and brothers: William Andrew Fahien in 2000; Robert Fahien and Charles Fahien in 2015. 

Survived by daughters: Carolyn T. Melody of New Paris, OH and Kathleen J. Peterson of Denver, Colorado; 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. 

Family will receive friends from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM Saturday, May 8, 2021 at St. John Catholic Church 400 North Spring Street New Paris, Ohio. The Funeral Mass will be 9:30 AM with Rev. David Doseck officiating. Interment will be held in St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery in Richmond, IN.
