Anna Mae Halderman

Anna Mae (Hinders) Halderman, 83, of Lewisburg, OH, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2012 at her residence. Born on September 3, 1929 in Dayton, OH, daughter of the late Andrew & Cecelia (Broerman) Hinders. Anna graduated in 1947 from Stivers High School. Member of Visitation Catholic Church and Saint Ann's Sodality of Eaton, OH. Anna was the other half of the success of Miami Valley Plastics in Eldorado, OH, established in the 1970's. She worked closely alongside her husband, both at work and at home, Anna and George were definitely the dynamic duo in raising their six children. She was a loving, caring, witty and fun-loving mother and grandmother; traits that will be passed on for generations. She was loved by everyone she met and will be forever missed by family and friends. Preceded in death by brothers, Elwood "Woody" Hinders and Richard Hinders; sisters, Virginia Ebbinghaus and Andrea Steineman.

Survived by her husband of 56 years, George W. Halderman of Lewisburg, OH; children & spouses, Robert & Susan Halderman of Lewisburg, OH, Christie & Dwight Prince of Brookville, OH, Ruth Ann Brennan of Lewisburg, OH, George Alan & Thelma Halderman of New Paris, OH, Teri Whitaker of Lewisburg, OH and Carol Schlater of Lewisburg, OH; brothers & sister-in-law, Ralph & Nancy Hinders and Wilmer Hinders all of Dayton, OH; sister, Vera Rocco of Tampa, FL; brothers-in-law, Ross Ebbinghaus of Jackson, MI and Donnie Steineman of Dayton, OH; 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am, Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Visitation Catholic Church, 407 E. Main St., Eaton, OH with Rev. J. Thomas Fitzsimmons officiating. Interment will be held at Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg. Family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, November 23, 2012 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 E. Main St., Eaton, OH.
